Submitting blood to a laboratory for analysis is useful for generating a diagnosis for various conditions affecting horses, cattle, sheep and goats. Blood samples are sent to Antech Diagnostic Laboratory in Mississauga, IDEXX Laboratories in Markham, or the Animal Health Laboratory in Guelph depending on the nature of the test.
